I believe in the Hindi saying, "Sukh batne se barta hain aur dukh batne se ghatta hain," meaning "Happiness increases when shared, and sorrow decreases when shared." When people come to me, I feel their pain through their energy, knowing they need my care more than words.

The title 'Maa,' which people affectionately call me, fills my heart with gratitude. I thank my ancestors for this recognition and the love attached to my name.

"Love and Light With Mala" emerged from my journey. Born in Kanpur and raised in an Army family, I developed a sense of adaptability and a strong spiritual foundation. My close bond with my astrologer grandfather unknowingly connected me to healing energies.

Though I pursued history with ambitions for Civil Services, life had other plans. My healing journey began in Toronto during the pandemic, where meditation and religious practices brought me deep solace. My Guru recognized the healing power in my voice, and soon my life transformed into one of meditation, chakra work, and self-love, leading me to the Divine Tarot.

My grandfather remains my guide as I continue to spread "Love & Light."
